On Monday, November 18 at 9am, The City of Burlington launched an upgrade of our payment portal for paying your water bill.

First things first, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CREATE A NEW LOGIN IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE.

The system will automatically pull in the login information from the old system.
